Do you want to return a product because you don’t like it or for another reason? You can do this within 14 days after receiving the product. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you register the return with us via the button below, you will not pay any shipping costs and a shipping label will be created that you can stick directly on the box. <\/p>

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories supplied and \u2013 if reasonably possible \u2013 in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product.
