I want to return a product
Do you want to return a product because you don’t like it or for another reason? You can do this within 14 days after receiving the product. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you register the return with us via the button below, you will not pay any shipping costs and a shipping label will be created that you can stick directly on the box.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. If you would like to know more, please read the terms and conditions here.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@warmyou.eu. We will then create a return label for you free of charge and refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
