How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Suppose you have placed an order and paid immediately (before 21:00), then your order will be processed the same day and in most cases also offered to the delivery person. Your package will therefore be on its way to you quickly.
If this happens after 21:00, you can assume that it will take another day.
During the weekend, no packages are prepared for shipping (well, we have a day off then too). On Monday, you will be the first in line for whom we will happily prepare the package. Very occasionally, sending packages takes a little longer, we simply have no control over the delivery service that arranges this for us.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Orders over €50 are shipped for free. For orders under €50 we charge €3.95. This is part of the total cost, the rest is on us!
Can my order also be delivered to a different address?
Yes, that is possible. When you are ordering, you can also enter the details of another delivery address when entering your own address details. If you fill this in, that address will appear on the shipping note and the package will go there instead of to your own address. The invoice will then go to the e-mail address you provided. Very easy!
Is it possible to track my order?
Of course you can. All our shipments come with a track and trace code as standard. It’s handy to know where your package is.
How many days do I have to return my order?
If you do not like the product or do not like it or for any other reason you have to return it, you can return it within 14 days after you received the package from us (right of withdrawal). After this, you have 14 days to return the product. Please note! If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
Who pays the return costs?
When you return the product, we will refund the purchase price for the products you returned. The costs for returning the package are (unfortunately) at your own expense. What it will cost you then differs per size/weight of the package.
Suppose I get my money back from you, how long will that take?
Once we have received your return shipment, we will transfer the money back to you as soon as possible (within 5 days at the latest). This will be on the same account number that you used to pay us.

What if the product is broken or I receive the wrong delivery?
Suppose there is really something wrong with the product you ordered, we will gladly solve it with you properly and neatly. Please contact our service department and we will gladly help you. No problem!
