How do I place an order?
For a product, select the options and place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on “in shopping cart”. Then click on “view shopping cart” to proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and go through the steps. You can optionally enter a username and password (this is optional). Then click on “place order”. Now you will come to the payment options. Only when you click on the “place order” button is your order final.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you can provide us with a different delivery address when entering your personal details. If you have chosen a different delivery address, an invoice will be sent to the delivery address. The price is stated on this. The invoice will also be sent to the specified e-mail address.
Can I also pick up my order?
It is not possible to pick up your order. The order can only be shipped to you.
Will I receive a message when I have placed an order?
Shortly after your order, you will receive an order confirmation from our system. If you have already paid for your order, for example via iDeal or PayPal, the order will be processed immediately. If this is on working days before 3:00 PM, your order will usually be shipped the next day. If you pay via bank transfer or from abroad, it may take 1-2 working days before we receive your payment. When your payment is in our account, your order will be processed immediately.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Always check your order and details carefully before you complete the order. Orders that have already been invoiced can no longer be changed or cancelled. We advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible, then we will try to help you further.

Transfer
You will receive an additional email with instructions to make the payment via bank transfer. The payment must be made within 3 days.
